Learning burnout is a serious obstacle to the effectiveness of non-formal Hindu religious education for children in urban areas. This study aims to analyze the motivational dynamics of students in Pasraman Mustika Dharma Mataram through the "Goes to Pasraman" program. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, where data is collected intensively for 6 weeks (12 meetings) through observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of the daily teaching logbooks of students in the Student Activity Unit. The results of the study indicate a consistent psychological transformation of students from extrinsic motivation (forced due to parental pressure) to intrinsic (independent) motivation that progresses through three chronological phases, namely awkward orientation, turning point transition, and peak actualization. The discussion of these findings proves that fulfilling the basic needs of autonomy, competence, and social relationships successfully internalizes the theological values of Guru Susrusa in students. The scientific contribution of this research provides a paradigm renewal that the humanitarian factors, fun learning, and emotional closeness of peer mentors are more decisive in restoring the enthusiasm for learning in urban children than simply renovating the physical facilities of the pasraman. This research is important because it provides theoretical and practical references for a humanistic and adaptive urban pasraman development model.
