This study aims to analyze the teachers strategies and the implications of using differentiated learning models at State Elementary School 2 Suranadi, West Lombok. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field research approach. The methods used to collect data in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The theories used in this study include Achievement Motivation Theory. Behaviorism theory. With data collection techniques observation, interviews and documentation. data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and result verification. The implications of using differentiated learning are theoretical and practical implications. The strategy used by teachers in using a differentiated learning model at State Elementary School 2 Suranadi West Lombok with a differentiated strategy of content, process and product.
