This study aims to analyze the application of the Dharma Sadhana method in learning Hindu Religious Education and Budi Pekerti in the era of Merdeka Belaja. The Dharma Sadhana method was chosen to enable learners to practice the subject matter in daily life. A qualitative approach was used in this study, with data collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The research informants consisted of Hinduism and Budi Pekerti teachers for grades X, XI, and XII. The results show that common learning methods such as lectures, discussions, and question and answer are still used. However, to meet the demands of the Merdeka Belajar era, learning methods are adapted according to the guidelines provided in the Hindu Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Handbook. The Dharma Sadhana method can be applied in every class, with relevant material such as Dharmasastra and Yajna values from the Ramayana in class X, Yajna in the Mahabharata story in class XI, and understanding of the Vedas and Yogacara in class XII. The Dharma Sadhana process is adapted to the material taught and involves preparation, implementation, and evaluation of activities, collaborating with school and external parties in the form of Tri Sandya, Dana Punia, Sevanam, Dharma Wacana, Dharma Santhi, Dewa Yajna, and Surya Namaskar (Yoga). The results of this study are expected to provide benefits for Hinduism and Budi Pekerti Teachers in applying the Dharma Sadhana method, as well as increasing their knowledge and skills. The application of this method is also expected to improve the quality of students religious life.
