Abstract

The pride of being a true Paskibra does not only reach the stage of raising the red and white flag, but what must be known, studied and implemented first is the basic theory and applying the attitude as a Paskibra member. From the results of the research entitled Theory and Application of Attitudes as Flag-Raising Troops, to become a true Paskibra member we must know, study and apply the three most important theories in Paskibra organizations, namely the Theory of Unity and Integrity, Leadership Theory and Communication Theory. By studying and using these 3 theories as a basic reference in organizations and everyday life, everything will be easier to solve. The application of physical attitude is in the form of appearance, in this case the appearance of a Paskibra member is a characteristic and the first thing that must be considered as a form of neatness and cleanliness, the application of the body attitude of a Paskibra member, namely the posture of sitting, standing and walking, this needs to be applied to be a marker between where students who join the Paskibra organization with ordinary students or who do not participate, apply an inner attitude in the form of discipline which is a basic characteristic that must be applied to every Paskibra member in order to foster a spirit of patriotism, a spirit of nationalism and a spirit of militancy. To be a leader or to be a successful person, the main thing that must be applied is discipline, whether discipline regarding rules or managing time.
