Pentingnya Konsumsi Air Putih Daripada Minuman Manis Untuk Anak Usia Dini

Water is an important natural resource that plays a crucial role in human survival. Water is very important for the human body because the human body consists of about 70% fluid. This research aims to educate about the importance of water consumption over sugary drinks, especially for early childhood. This research uses the literature research method. The results show that the consumption of sugary drinks can cause various health problems, such as obesity and organ disorders. Therefore, education about water consumption is very important, especially among early childhood. Sugary drinks such as soda, energy drinks, milk and fruit flavoured drinks with added sugar, are often preferred by children over water. Sugary drinks in Indonesia contain four times the recommended amount of sugar. Excessive consumption of sugary drinks can increase the risk of diabetes, heart disease, obesity, hypertension.
