Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya sosialisasi sebagai salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM di tingkat desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan pendekatan yang tepat, sosialisasi dapat menjadi instrumen yang efektif dalam mendorong masyarakat untuk lebih peduli terhadap pendidikan dan literasi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan bagi pemerintah desa dan pihak terkait dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat melalui pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas sosialisasi dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat di Dusun Montong Lisung tentang pentingnya pendidikan dan literasi.
