Strategi Sosialisasi Program Pengarusutamaan Gender Melalui Komunikasi Digital

The aim of this research is to determine the quality of professional, contemporary and reliable human resources, which are based on competence and superior performance. This will be achieved by implementing quality Human Resources infrastructure, so that it can increase work productivity, discipline and accountability in carrying out basic tasks and responsibilities, which ultimately leads to increasing organizational value. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with theory; 1) Strategy Theory and SWOT Analysis; 2) Feminism Theory, 3) Digital Communication Theory. The findings obtained from this research are the existence of socialization via Zoom and YouTube links, podcasts, Whattsap, Email, Instagram and Facebook, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of communication regarding the understanding of the PUG of West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police personnel and geographical factors between separate regions. Meanwhile, the last one is the implication of PUG socialization, namely changing the attitude and mentality of personnel as well as helping female personnel in improving the quality and quantity of human resources.
