Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Pada Satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini

Aletheia Ampenan Christian Kindergarten is an Early Childhood Education unit institution that implements an independent curriculum in Mataram. This research uses qualitative methods, with the aim of obtaining descriptions related to the implementation of the independent curriculum, obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum, and efforts made to overcome the obstacles to the implementation of the independent curriculum. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Data were obtained by observation, interview, and documentation methods. Then the data obtained are then explained according to the concept and analyzed using Behaviorism theory and Cognitive theory. The results showed that the implementation of the independent curriculum had run well and optimally in accordance with the expectations of schools and the Ministry of Education and Culture. Independent curriculum learning is divided into 2 (two), namely intracurricular learning and the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The obstacle faced by teachers is increasingly complex administration. And the efforts made by teachers are; 1) managing time, 2) accessing Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM), and 3) participating in webinars and seminars related to the independent curriculum. In addition, the efforts made by the school in overcoming teacher difficulties are: 1) managing teacher work time, 2) facilitating teacher performance, 3) holding seminars and webinars related to the independent curriculum, and 4) conducting evaluations.
