This research aims to describe the use of snakes and ladders media in improving children's fine motor skills at PAUD Widya Kumara West Lombok. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research is supported by behavior theory, cognitive theory and motivation theory. The results showed that first, teachers use snakes and ladders media in improving children's fine motor skills. In using snakes and ladders media, it is adjusted to the learning theme and has followed the steps in the snakes and ladders game. Second, the obstacles faced by teachers in learning to use snakes and ladders media in improving children's fine motor skills are that children do not understand how to play snakes and ladders, children have not been able to follow orders or statements on snakes and ladders plots, and teachers do not have the qualifications of Early Childhood Education teacher SI graduates. Third, the teacher solutions used in overcoming the obstacles of using snakes and ladders media in improving children's fine motor skills are: teachers provide continuous stimulation, divide children into several groups during the learning process, provide motivation to children who have difficulty in learning activities, teachers are given training and sharing with fellow teachers who understand the use of snakes and ladders media. By using snakes and ladders media can improve children's fine motor skills.
